Euromillions 'winner' comes forward in bizarre letter to Bargain Booze

The "winner" of the £195m Euromillions has appeared to have come forward.

On July 20 a record £195m was claimed by one lucky ticket holder in the UK, just the day after the numbers were drawn. Immediately after the winnings were claimed, one Merseyside town was gripped by a rumour that had spread like wildfire.

People in Formby found themselves involved in a rumour that had most shopkeepers and employees on their toes as they had all been told the same thing - that the winning ticket was bought in a shop in the town. One person was even certain that she was the one that had sold the multi-million-pound ticket.
