Can I get free delivery at ESPA?
You can get free standard delivery at ESPA when you spend more than £70. If you spend over £100, there is free next-day delivery. We've tested the process ourselves and can confirm if you'll automatically have free delivery at the checkout if your purchase qualifies.
Is there a Blue Light discount at ESPA?
Yes, we've checked and ESPA are partnered with the Blue Light Card programme. You can also get an exclusive 25% off NHS discount with healthservicediscounts for this month. Simply log into your account to confirm your place of work.
Does ESPA have a student discount?
Yes, absolutely. Students can get 15% off sitewide at ESPA. Alternatively, you can shop up to 50% off with the sale, an extra 10% off student discount, and a free gift. Simply log into UNiDAYS to confirm you're a student. We've tried UNiDAYS ourselves and can confirm it's simple to see your code.
Can I return my ESPA order for free?
Yes! ESPA has free returns within 30 days of receipt. Your order will need to be returned in 'pristine condition' to qualify for a return. You can return your purchase through the return partner ZigZag.

ESPA Lounge: You can sign up for ESPA Lounge, the ESPA loyalty programme, to earn points on your purchases. You'll earn 1 point per £1 spend. There are four loyalty tiers to earn your way through: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. The higher your tier, the better your exclusives.
Refer a friend: Refer your friend to ESPA and they'll get £10 off their first purchase. Your friend's purchase will need to be at least £60 to qualify. Once your friend places their order, you'll also be sent a £10 credit voucher to your account.
