Escape to the Chateau's Angel Strawbridge reportedly launched a 'foul mouthed rant' at a producer in a leaked audio.
At one point in the clip, Angel says her husband Dick - with whom she shares two children Arthur and Dorothy - talked to people like "s**t," with the producer then responding to say to her: "And I don’t like that either."
Her frustration appeared to grow as she fumed at the unknown person for posting something on social media that had a likeness to her husband Dick Strawbridge, as she ranted at the person.
In the audio, as obtained by Deadline and heard by The Mirror, Angel can be heard calling one member of the film crew a "f****d up little ****". The clip is believed to have been recorded during one of the first four seasons of the hit Channel 4 show.
"Who is that inspired by when you’re f*****g working at the chateau? Just tell me that and then you can f*****g leave and this is me f*****g angry because I think you’re a f****d up little ****,” she said.
A representative for the Strawbridges has been contacted by The Mirror for comment.
Channel 4 and Two Rivers Media, the company that produces the Escape to the Chateau franchise, have cut ties with Dick and Angel Strawbridge amid speculation the pair had clashed with producers.
A representative for Channel 4 told the Mirror recently: "Following a review we have taken the decision to not work with Dick and Angel on any new productions in the future," whilst Two Rivers Media also confirmed that they won't be working with the couple.
"We can confirm that we will no longer work with Dick and Angel and cannot comment further at the moment," a representative for the production company told the Mirror last week in a statement.
Deadline had previously reported there was a " deteriorating relationship" between the pair and the production company.
"There has been a deteriorating relationship between Two Rivers and Dick and Angel’s Chateau TV for various reasons and it all came to a head,” said a source familiar with the situation told the publication recently.
