Erik ten Hag has been tipped to become the next Jurgen Klopp or Pep Guardiola after it was revealed this week that the Dutchman is set to join Manchester United.
The Manchester Evening News reported this week that Ajax are expecting Ten Hag to leave them to join United. Last month MEN Sport revealed that the Dutchman had been interviewed for the job at Old Trafford but United so far insist no deal has been made with any manager just yet.
But speaking on talkSPORT, former Arsenal man Ray Parlour believes that the 52-year-old could have a very bright future in the game. He explained: "Most important thing is getting the right manager.

"They look like they’ve got Ten Hag, I think that’s a really good manager to get into your club. At Ajax he’s done really well.
"The way they play is quite exciting. So I think he’s going to try to bring that style maybe to Manchester United."
Current PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino was thought to be the only other credible candidate for the managerial position and with his Premier League experience some backed him to get the job. However Parlour believes that Ten Hag is the best man for the role.
"I would go with Ten Hag, if I’m being honest. I would give him a go," Parlour concluded. "He could be the new Klopp or Guardiola, who knows."
