Manchester United confirmed their sixth and final signing of the summer with the arrival of experienced goalkeeper Martin Dubravka from Newcastle United on Thursday night.
The 33-year-old made the season-long loan switch to Old Trafford, becoming their second arrival on deadline day after Antony completed his £86million move from Ajax. United finally got their man after pursuing the talented Brazilian winger for the majority of the window, before getting the deal done.
Erik ten Hag has also bolstered his squad with Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, Lisandro Martinez and Casemiro as the quartet joined the club for a combined fee of around £140m. However, the Red Devils were chasing further signings, including a striker and another midfielder. A number of players were linked with a move to United, but the club decided to stick with those they have already brought in.
