Enzo Maresca has let rip at the crazy summer schedule that could see his Chelsea stars’s seasons extended by almost two months, warning: “No one cares about player welfare”.

Chelsea play their final Premier League game away to Nottingham Forest on Sunday, but will not wrap up their campaign until mid-July should they go deep in the Club World Cup.
