Wales travel to Twickenham for the chance to build on their incredible win against Scotland after a two-week break.
While England are the strong favourites at 1/7 with Grosvenor Sport, Wales are 17/4 and a draw is 30/1.
Wayne Pivac's side is still heavily affected with injuries but that still did not stop them overseeing Scotland 20-17 at the Millennium Stadium in round two.
They will be boosted with the news that Taulupe Faletau returning to the side this weekend while Alex Cuthbert looks set to win his 50th cap for his country.
Meanwhile, England face a dilemma of their own.
A shock defeat at Murrayfield in their opener meant Scotland lifted the Calcutta Cup for a second successive year, leaving Eddie Jones in a must-win position to maintain any hope of a positive Six Nations campaign.
Last time out, they easily saw off Italy 33-0 in Rome but that is to be expected.
A second defeat for either side will effectively end their campaign of lifting the Six Nations trophy at the halfway stage and to win at Twickenham would be the perfect way to celebrate the weekend for the Welsh fans.
Prediction for England vs Wales
Wales surprised everyone when they humbled a Scotland side still high on cloud nine after their Calcutta Cup win against England.
Going forward against an England side who got the predictable win against Italy will still need to recover properly from their Six Nations opening defeat, but I reckon Wales can shock them at Twickenham.
Tip: Wales to win by 1-12 points - 23/4
