England were beaten in their first match since the Euro 2025 final as Brazil held on to a memorable 2-1 victory despite being down to 10 players for the majority of the friendly at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.
England handed a debut to goalkeeper Khiara Keating, with Hannah Hampton out injured, but it was Brazil who struck first as Bia Zaneratto fired a low shot into the corner on nine minutes.
