Emmerdale viewers are convinced Cathy will turn into Marshall’s stalker as the teen is set for heartbreak. As viewers know Marshall recently came out as gay but he was left feeling uncertain
following a visit from his homophobe dad Colin, who claimed he couldn’t possibly know he was gay without having been on a date with a girl.
Last night Marshall thought it would be a good idea to ask Cathy out on a date, to the gig she was desperately hoping to attend.

During tonight’s episode of the ITV soap Cathy and Marshall were home alone and after she attempted to make a move on the teen he rushed out insisting that he needed to go.
Marshall soon realised he needed to be honest about his sexuality, he met up with Arthur, Laurel and Jai and admitted : "I've been an idiot. Dad said I didn't know who I was yet, that I shouldn't put a label on stuff when I'm young, and I've not been with a girl. He said I was confused. He said: 'How can I know if I don't like girls if I've never kissed one.?'"
Arthur talked him into letting Cathy down gently, but she was convinced he was just playing hard to get. Viewers now fear the teen is going to turn into Marshall’s stalker as she gets heartbroken when she realises Arthur is the one he wants.
