Long-term Emmerdale fans will know that there is one thing you should never do in the Dales - get on the bad side of Kim Tate.
The matriarch has a dangerous streak dating back to her first appearance in 1989 which even saw her come back from the dead - and that streak is continuing in recent weeks.
In upcoming episodes, Kim will prove that she and Gabby Thomas are not to be messed with, particularly focusing on current rivals Amelia Spencer and her father Dan.

Next week, spoilers reveal that Gabby puts a ruthless plan into motion against Amelia Spencer, and soon Kim deals the final blow leaving Amelia and her dad Dan homeless.
It follows Amelia's recent health drama, that led to her fainting and dropping Gabby's baby son Thomas.
Thomas will be taken to hospital in scenes airing this week on the show, and while he will be okay Gabby receives a visit from a social worker leaving her furious.
Next week, spoilers confirm Gabby will prove just how like Kim she is when she acts on her rage towards Amelia.
Things only get worse when Gabby and Kim make another discovery about Amelia, leaving her in big trouble.
At the start of the week, Dan is stunned to find a ‘To Let’ sign outside his house.
When he confronts Kim about it, she acts like she knows what he's talking about and shares harsh words - but it's clear it's actually news to her.
As she confronts Gabby about it, with it clearly her doing, she makes it clear Dan and Amelia should have two months' notice and can't just be kicked out.
But this all changes when Kim catches Amelia at the house trying to steal Gabby’s latest visiting order.
Kim and Gabby take great pleasure in escorting her home to her dad, as they reveal what she's been up to.
Dan is shocked to discover Amelia has been impersonating Gabby in order to visit Noah.
It seems in this moment, Kim decides to kick the pair out for good as they're both left looking for somewhere else to live.
