Chas Dingle will convince Aaron to leave Emmerdale - as she tries to keep her affair a secret.
The bar manager - played by Lucy Pargeter - has been locked in a secret affair with Al, behind the back of her beloved and dedicated partner Paddy. As her affair continues, with Paddy and Kerry likely growing suspicious, an angry Chas warns Aaron, played by Danny Miller, he must leave the village as she fears he is going to be the one who reveals all about the affair.
Aaron is one of the only villagers to know about the affair - and Chas is keen for him to disappear so the secret remains hidden, especially after all the turmoil the Dingles have been through with the death of their matriarch Faith.
Next week, Paddy urges Aaron to try and sort things out with his mum and reluctantly he agrees, heading to see her. However, things take a turn when he Aaron accuses the pair of still having an affair. Chas, though, denies it.
However, she blackmails Aaron into backing down and tells him its best for him to head off and leave the village. Paddy admits he's sad at the news that Aaron is heading off - but Chas keeps her part of that secret as to not upset him further. Confused, a worried Paddy starts to think something's off, but will he rumble the affair - or Chas' part in Aaron's exit?
Meanwhile, following the storm, Kerry is keen to move things forward with Al as she gets excited over their wedding plans. However, behind her back, Al is insisting to Chas he wants to run away with her. How will it all end?
Actress Lucy Parteger recently revealed how her character has become hated due to the recent storyline between Chas and Al.
She said of the backlash: "People are really, really not liking them together and you have got the cheerleaders for Al and Chas, but you've definitely got the absolute haters for Chas, and what she is doing to Paddy and the reasons behind what she is doing with Al.
"I hate what she's doing. We were never gonna win people over to Al and Chas when Paddy was involved."
Al actor Michael Wildman added: "They love to hate him. It's an awkward situation to be in. It's much easier for him because he’s got less to lose. Chas is married and she’s got a kid so I'm generally met with a raised eyebrow, and someone will say to me he's a naughty boy isn't he, but his love is genuine for Chas, I don't think there’s two ways about it."
