The latest episode of Emmerdale left fans reeling after Faith Dingle's connection to Frank Tate has been "revealed".
Caleb Miligan was confirmed to be the secret son of former character Frank Tate. Fans couldn't believe that Faith and Frank had a child together.
While Frank died in 1997 and Faith didn't debut until 2004, it's believed the pair met or knew each other in the 70s or around that time. In 2018, fans may recall Frank's wife Kim Tate was pushed off a balcony at Home Farm, and it was later revealed Faith was the person who pushed her, Mirror Online reports.

At some point before Caleb's arrival in 2022, he found out that his dad was Frank with it all revealed to viewers this week. Caleb said he was given away as a baby after Faith gave birth in prison.
After Faith found out the baby wasn't Shadrach's, she gave him up. Fans are now saying the 2018 could have been a major hint of what was to come and that something went on between them.
At the time when Kim Tate was pushed it didn't make much sense why Faith would have done it, other than the fact the Dingles and the Tates were enemies. Kim was being awful to the family as usual and especially to Charity Dingle, but that wasn't really enough to warrant Faith almost killing her.
Now, fans think that Faith pushed Kim as revenge for her leaving Frank to die - while it was never really made clear to other characters that Kim had let Frank die. Some suggested it might explain Faith's decision to hurt Kim, and could seal the fact Faith was angry for what she did to Frank.
Another scene later on saw her confront Kim for her behaviour saying: "That's what all you Tates do isn't it." She was referring to them being spoiled and doing what they had to to get their own way, so could this have been a reference to her and Frank giving up their baby Caleb?
There's still more to be revealed about what really happened between them and whether Frank knew about the baby. At the moment no one apart from Caleb and Nicky knows about their link to the Tates, with Faith dying last year.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
