Emmerdale fans are convinced there will be a huge twist in Mack and Chloe's baby story.
The ITV soap are airing some dramatic scenes ahead of Christmas this year, as the fall out from Mack and Chloe's one night stand continues. After they slept together, Chloe found out she was pregnant, leaving Mack horrified and issuing her a warning that she mustn't tell anyone about what had happened as he was still with Charity Dingle.
In scenes airing yesterday evening, Mack found out Chloe had planned to leave the village after her sister Amy kicked her out - but he seemed visibly worried knowing she was pregnant with his child.
He later confessed all to Nate about the one night stand - and Chloe's pregnancy news - as fans predicted it wouldn't be long until Charity Dingle found out all about the affair and the baby.
"FGS Mack so now you care about Chloe's baby when at first you told her to get rid of it #Emmerdale," one fan wrote.
A second added: "Mack’s going to wind up wanting a baby more than he wants Charity, isn’t he? #Emmerdale," with a third replying to the comment and adding: "Sadly, I think you could be right! #Emmerdale."
"Just speculation but #emmerdale keeps doing the absolute worst with Mack and Charity so why not have him with 2 babies coming for 2023," one said, whilst another added: "Charity will be announcing she’s pregnant next week. #Emmerdale."
One viewer wrote: "Mack Charity is going to find out the truth regardless. If you don't tell her she'll find out another way either way."
During last night's episode, Nate and Mack had an honest chat after he was the dad of Chloe's baby.
"It's your kid and don't try to act like you don't care about it," Nate said as he warned him Charity would most likely find out very soon. However, Mack refused to agree, and told his friend: "I've made my choice, I can't be with Charity and be a dad."
Chloe actress Jessie Elland previously spoke about how her character is coping with it all.
"Chloe is definitely a bit of a swan in the sense that she seems very calm, aloof and cool on the surface, but underneath her legs are going like mad, and I think this situation is the perfect example of that," she said, "I think it's a pride thing. Chloe knows that she isn't wanted, so before she can get kicked out, she jumps the gun and says that she is going to leave for somewhere better anyway."
