Emmerdale fans have pointed out a huge blunder – as Caleb hacked Kim's computer on the ITV soap this evening.
At the start of the episode, Nicky chatted with Caleb at Home Farm, where he told him he was sick of the act he had to put up and pretend to be in love with Gabby, when he was really in love with someone else.
As Caleb urged him to focus on the main prize – getting back at Kim Tate and ensuring he had secured what is rightfully theirs – the pair had to quickly stop talking when Gabby interrupted them.
Later, as Nicky pushed off Gabby’s advances to get intimate once again, he decided to sit her down and see what he could do about pushing the wedding forward, as he set his cunning plan in motion.
He told Gabby he had spoken to his father and that he would come to the wedding, but said they had to move it forward as his ‘dad' had prostate cancer and wanted to be there for the big day in his limited time left.
Gabby was stunned, wondering how much heartbreak one person could face, as she reassured Nicky. As she told him she’d do anything to make the wedding happen, she told Nicky she loved him but he failed to reciprocate.
Caleb, meanwhile, had installed malware on Kim's computer in a bid to learn her passwords for her online banking, but fans noticed a huge error with the scenes – as they noted how on Kim's screen the password was asterisked whilst on Caleb's it showed.
One fan wrote: "Surely the password would come up starred out unless you clicked show password #emmerdale," whilst a second added: "Aren't passwords normally asterisks or dots?? #Emmerdale."
"Really that’s her password… really?? #emmerdale," a third viewer penned as they noted how fitting the password was but also how easy to guess, whilst a fourth added: "Kim’s password suits her so well #Emmerdale."
Nicky is increasingly struggling with Gabby's wish to get intimate – given that he is actually in love with a man called Ally. He has been desperate to push their marriage to happen quicker so him and Caleb can finally get what they want.
Fans might not have long to wait for the scenes where Kim finally finds out about Caleb's plan to air.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press, Executive Producer Jane Hudson said when asked about the truth coming out: "Soon, very, very soon. There is not long to go, it will be after the Coronation but before the soap week."
