A trip to the hospital revealed the real reason for her health issues with many now wondering who the baby daddy is.
Some are convinced it could be Noah Dingle, currently locked up for stalking, others have their money on Samson Dingle. Viewers have pointed out Noah being the father could be immensely problematic as he is 18 and Amelia still a minor.
