Emmerdale fans were left displeased on Friday evening after scenes that saw Cathy put herself in danger.
The teenager's been struggling in recent months, and her distracted dad Bob has failed to pick up on her behaviour.
The latest instalment of Emmerdale saw Cathy and her friends off to a gig, but as she had no intention of being chaperoned by Wendy, she instead stole a bottle of whisky from the B&B and led her friends away from the village, playing music and shouting "let's get drunk and do something daft".

Cathy climbed onto the bridge, and began dancing and swirling around. As Bob, Wendy and Manpreet approached, the teen lurched forward, dropping her phone and speaker off the bridge and almost falling herself, before Bob caught her.
After Manpreet suggested Bob take Cathy to A&E and ask to see the crisis team, viewers watched as Cathy was questioned by a hospital doctor. But many thought what was happening on screen was in no way representative of real life.
Taking to Twitter, Sam said: "So what, you can stroll into A&E and get a diagnosis just like that? What a joke". Simon said: "Yeah, let's just go to A&E and see the mental health team straight away and not in 18 months like anyone else".
Paul said: "Hotten General, the only hospital in the country with zero waiting times".
