Emma Raducanu declared it a “true honour” to share a court with Serena Williams, but showed the retirement-bound great no mercy in a superb straight-sets victory at the Western and Southern Open.
The British No1 displayed timely signs of her best form to triumph 6-4 6-0 in little more than an hour in front of a packed crowd in Cincinnati.
