A property auction took an unusual turn when a transaction for a single vacant lot inadvertently made an Ohio man the owner of an entire residential street. According to WCPO 9 News, Jason Fauntleroy had submitted a winning $5000 bid at a Butler County Sheriff’s Office auction in 2021. When his official paperwork arrived, however, he came to the realization that he had actually bought Bloomfield Court, a private roadway located in Trenton, Ohio, north of Cincinnati.
