Tech mogul Elon Musk spoke at a town hall in Pennsylvania to show support for Republican Donald Trump, where he downplayed the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Musk encouraged supporters to cast early votes in the swing state and criticized mail-in ballots as a potential source of fraud.

The town hall covered a wide range of topics, including space exploration, the Tesla cybertruck, immigration, and psychiatric drugs. Musk's super PAC is working to boost Trump's campaign in swing states ahead of the upcoming presidential election.

During the session, Musk fielded questions from participants, with one attendee expressing concerns about potential democracy backsliding under a Trump administration. Musk defended Trump, stating that the Jan. 6 attack was not a violent insurrection, a sentiment that was met with applause from the audience.

Musk also asserted that those labeling Trump as a threat to democracy are themselves a threat to democracy. He highlighted Trump's call for peaceful protests on Jan. 6, despite also urging supporters to 'fight like hell' to prevent Joe Biden from assuming the presidency.

Musk, who has pledged over $70 million to support Trump's campaign, has been advocating for early voting. While acknowledging safeguards in place for mail-in ballots, Musk expressed doubts about their validity, suggesting they could lead to fraud.

Throughout the town hall, Musk addressed various topics, including artificial intelligence regulation, 'woke religion,' and the U.S. birth rate. He shared his belief in the existence of Jesus and advised studying physics as valuable guidance.

As part of a promotion, Musk presented a woman with a $1 million check, part of a campaign to award $1 million daily to a swing state voter who supports his super PAC's petition for the U.S. Constitution.

Attendees at the event expressed enthusiasm for Musk's initiatives, with one voter welcoming the cash giveaway as a means to drive support for constitutional backing.
