If you're desperate to get your hands on one of Elizabeth Arden's most popular products, then you're out of luck. The brand's £31.99 Eight Hour Cream is out of stock on Amazon amid Prince Harry's shocking skincare revelation.
Elizabeth Arden is the name that's been on everyone's lips, since the author revealed he once applied one of their creams to his penis, in his memoir, Spare.
Now, it appears fans are desperate to try out the cream for themselves. While the Duke of Sussex never clarified the product he used, many have speculated he opted for the cult classic Eight Hour cream, based on his comments.
Explaining why he tested out the cream, Prince Harry said he was trying the product as a remedy for frostbite on his penis following a trip to the North Pole.
An extract reads: "I'd been trying some home remedies, including one recommended by a friend, she'd urged me to apply Elizabeth Arden cream.
"'My mum used that on her lips, you want me to put that on my todger?!', 'It works Harry, trust me'."
And the publicity appears to have been working wonders for Elizabeth Arden, and not just because the cream that's usually available on Amazon is out of stock.
Elizabeth Arden has taken the opportunity to promote another one of its products that is helpful for customers during colder months.
The brand have not directly commented on the claims but appeared to make a subtle joke on a recent Twitter post.
They wrote: "You've heard all the buzz about plumping Hyaluronic Acid, but did you know it's extremely helpful during the colder months?
"The trick is to apply it to damp skin - HA pulls the moisture from the environment into the skin."
The remark delighted fans who were left in stitches by the promotional post. One quipped: "Elizabeth Arden is trolling #PrinceHarry," white another claimed: "Elizabeth Arden realising there's no such thing as bad publicity."
Buckingham and Kensington Palaces have refused to comment on the contents of the book, which hit the shelves earlier this week.
Spare has been released at all book stores and can be bought online here.
