Plenty of top European talent have been linked with Arsenal as possible January transfer additions following a blistering start to the Premier League by Mikel Arteta's side. A central midfielder and attacker are the priority positions for the Gunners as they seek to add depth to their squad for the second half of the season.
The Arsenal forward line have been in top form so far this season netting 37 goals from their 17 competitive games with Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli in particular among the goals.
Despite acquiring the services of Marquinhos and Fabio Viera over the summer, the pair have struggled for the most part to break into Arteta's chosen Premier League attack, although it must be said the form of Martinelli and Saka has made it very difficult for an opportunity to arise.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with multiple top European forward such as Mykhailo Mudryk and Yeremy Pino and the latest name added to the list is RB Salzburg forward Noah Okafor.
According to Calciomercato, the Gunners now lead the race ahead of Premier League rivals Leeds United for the 22-year-old's signature.
Okafor has nine goals from 19 appearances so far this season with three of those strikes coming in the Champions League, which included Salzburg's late equaliser in Graham Potter's first game as Chelsea manager.
His contract is set to expire in 2024 and although nothing is advanced he could leave Salzburg next year with several clubs in Europe likely to be interested in his services.
