Edson Alvarez has given Erik ten Hag relationship insight amid Manchester United links

Ten Hag Alvarez Manchester United Erik ten Hag Christian Eriksen Ajax

Edson Alavarez is the latest Ajax player to be linked with a reunion with Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag.

The 52-year-old is currently pursuing Jurrien Timber and Antony while former Amsterdam player Frenkie de Jong is his number one target this summer. Ex-Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen is also on his wish list.

United are exploring alternative options if a deal for De Jong cannot be secured. The Athletic claim that Alvarez could also be Ten Hag’s radar with the Dutchman an admirer of the holding midfielder.
