Edinburgh Zoo's oldest penguin has died after a fox broke into their enclosure during the night, staff have announced.
Mrs Wolowitz, one of dozens of penguins at the popular attraction, was sadly killed after the unwelcomed visitor broke into the enclosure on Wednesday night, August 10.
Sharing the sad news on social media, Edinburgh Zoo staff said that the rest of the penguins were thankfully unharmed, although Mrs Wolowitz will be a huge loss.
