Edinburgh to see new 'puppy yoga' class with litter of adorable retrievers

A new fitness craze is set to arrive in Edinburgh for the first time later this month - and it's seriously adorable.

Proving to be a huge hit down south, 'puppy yoga' will be making a debut in the capital, with a litter of gorgeous Golden Retriever puppies.

Designed to help improve your mental wellbeing as well as physical, participants will be surrounded by the litter as they go through the session, with some cuddles at the end also included.

Posting an image of the furry friends online, Edinburgh Puppy Yoga released details on how to get tickets for their first session, taking place on January 14.

Costing £24.50 per person, locals will get the chance to be a part of two hour-long sessions that are said to also help the puppies build social skills.

Speaking in a post, EPY said: "Puppy Yoga Edinburgh has arrived! TICKETS OUT NOW!!! Come and join us at our first ever sessions on Saturday 14th January for relaxing yoga and puppy cuddles with this adorable litter of golden retriever puppies!

"Introductory offers are available with a percentage of tickets sales going to charity.

"Puppy yoga has shown to improve physical and mental well-being of participants through yoga and puppy therapy. It also benefits the puppies as they can learn how to socialise and build more confident personalities before they go to their forever homes.
