A delectable new Edinburgh takeaway promising eye-catching hot chocolates and ‘neon’ lattes is set to open in one of the capital’s best loved green spaces.
Bon plans to serve up tempting sweet treats featuring ‘stuffed’ cookies and ‘loaded’ brownies alongside its distinctive drinks when it begins serving customers on the West Meadows in April.
A full menu is yet to be revealed, but owner Paul Connolly has already teased capital foodies with a number of mouthwatering creations on Instagram - including Biscoff smores hot chocolate and raspberry ripple latte.

The ‘standalone takeaway’ kiosk will be located yards from the children’s playpark, near the area’s croquet club.
Paul told how he started the business after plans to open an events company were shelved by the covid pandemic.
And he now hopes the takeaway will be a hit with locals as the latest addition to Edinburgh's bustling coffee scene.
"The food and drink offering will be largely based around our unique hot chocolates and locally-produced baked goods such as stuffed cookies and loaded brownies," he said.

"There are plans to add in some ice cream serves in the summer months too, all being well!
"We’ll be takeaway only due to the restrictions within the meadows but ample seating is available in the immediate vicinity, along with a play park literally right in front of us to keep the kids busy while parents can enjoy a coffee."
Bon is due to open on Friday, April 1.
