Edinburgh's sci-fi con is back with an in-person event this year, with the exciting event for all ages taking place on July 23-24 at the former Corn Exchange, renamed the 02 Academy.

This year's event has a whole host of exciting guests lined up, including Richard Blake, who famously played the Night King in Game of Thrones as well as co-star Clive Russell who played the cheery Brynden Tully as well as big Innes in Still Game.

Actress Lysette Anthony, who has starred in a whole host of TV drama's and films, will also be appearing at the event, plus many more familiar faces. With Covid restrictions easing, guests can enjoy and captivate the enhanced event for the first time in years in a spacious surrounding, with props, costumes and stalls all available for families to enjoy in the fun.

"Guests include Clive Russell of Game of Thrones and Still Game, the Night King himself, Richard Brake, and Lysette Anthony, plus many more. Expect all the props, sets, costumes, cosplay, clubs, stalls, and face paints on the day, so come down for the all-family fun!

The non-profit convention donates all proceeds to their chosen charity, Children's Hospices Across Scotland, raising a phenomenal £315,000 to date. On Saturday, July 23, the event will run between 10am and 6pm, closing an hour earlier on Sunday, July 24.

Opportunities for photographs, autographs and video messages with certain celebrities will take place throughout the event.
