A well-loved Edinburgh restaurant which sadly announced its closure last week is to be transformed into a popular brunch spot opening this month.
The suave brunch style diner with the same owners behind the BRGR chain, have announced that the previous site on Nicholson Street will be transformed into the capital's first Brunch Club branch.
Two Brunch Club's already exist in Glasgow, with the second one opening recently and are highly popular with locals in the city due to the varied and delicious brunch menu on offer.

The restaurant chain announced a teaser of the Edinburgh opening on their social media this afternoon, finally announcing the exciting news at 6:30pm.
An opening date for the popular restaurant hasn’t been announced yet but the group have confirmed that the brunch style cafe will be open before the Edinburgh Festival Fringe kicks off next month.
There has been a super quick turnover with BRGR closing its doors for the last time on Sunday July 3 and the new exterior decor already taking shape on Thursday July 7 less than a week later.
Pictures of the store show the iconic Brunch Club sign being fitted and a bright orange poster hiding the interior which shows a glimpse of what will be on the new menu.
Existing stores are located in Finnieston and Giffnock and are dog friendly offering brunch all day. Perfect for late risers or those that just can't get enough of the late breakfast vibes.
Favourites from the Glasgow branches likely to be served are banana, biscoff pancake stacks, fried chicken waffles with Hennessy butter and bottomless boozy brunch deals perfect for a day out with the girls.

BRGR had a good run at the Southside location, providing students, tourists and locals with mouth watering burgers and sides for purse friendly prices and appeared to thrive during the pandemic.
But after announcing the closure of their Corstorphine branch earlier this year followed by the Southside one it appears the business owners are looking to go in a different more breakfast oriented direction - and who can blame them? Everyone loves brunch.
If you are missing your burger fix, the Glasgow branches remain open with the nearest BRGR restaurant located in the city’s centre and on Great Western Road.
