Police Scotland are appealing to the public for information about a man who may be able to assist enquiries into a serious assault at a popular Edinburgh nightclub last year.
Officers are encouraging the individual or anyone who knows him to contact them.
The incident is understood to have occurred outside The Hive nightclub on Niddry Street in the early hours of Friday September 10 around 01.35am.

Police have released an image of the male who is understood to be white, in his early 30s, of medium build with short hair.
They say that the man has a unique and recognisable tattoo sleeve on his right arm and another tattoo on one of his calves.
He was also wearing a baseball cap, a light coloured t-shirt or polo shirt with a pair of shorts.
Detective constable Craig Moran, of Edinburgh CID, said: “I would urge the man, or anyone who has information relating to him to make contact with the police.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0205 of Friday, 10 September, 2021, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be passed anonymously.”
Hive nightclub is a popular destination for students and Edinburgh club goers with cheap themed nights organised throughout the week.
