The seller, Eileen, added: "Sunflower is a bespoke, stunning and unique 57ft reverse layout 4 berth residential narrowboat, with a cruiser stern which provides ample space for several people to sit and socialise.
"It was built by Pendle Narrowboats in 2013 and is moored in Edinburgh. The interior benefits from a fully fitted high gloss galley kitchen with walnut worktops, integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, calor gas hob and oven.
"The lounge area has an electric riser TV system, a dinette comprising of a fixed seating arrangement with storage underneath, and a demountable table which converts to a bed. There is also a wood burning stove. The lounge leads to a walk through shower room with wash hand basin and toilet."
