A rare opportunity has arisen for an Edinburgh resident to purchase their own floating accommodation.
Sunflower, a bespoke 57ft narrowboat, has been put up for sale by a local and it comes with a fully-fitted kitchen, integrated appliances, a lounge area and double bedroom.
The attractive boat was built in 2013 and is moored in Edinburgh. Onboard, a shower room and en-suite toilet is also present, making it the perfect opportunity to sail into the sunset and explore some of the city's canals and rivers.
