Leading agents MacGregor Property have shared a TikTok video of a flat that was sold in a day in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre.

In the video, Michael starts outside the ground floor flat in a sun-soaked New Town.
He explains that the apartment was so sought after as buyers recognised the potential of moving the kitchen to the box room and knocking through into the living room to create an open plan living room and kitchen.
The old kitchen room would then be converted into a second bedroom.
In the video, Michael says: “So I’m here today at 12 Gloucester Place. This is a property we sold in record time as it went through in under a day and I want to show you why it was such a popular property.
“We have raced through to the kitchen where the plan is to convert the property from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment by moving the kitchen into the box room and knocking through to create an open plan kitchen living room.
