Eddie Hearn believes Logan Paul is "much brighter" than his brother Jake - but has expressed his admiration for both YouTube fighters.
The Paul brothers are heavily involved in boxing with Jake in particular having fought five times as a professional with five victories. Meanwhile Logan has fought three times in the ring including his rematch with KSI, which was promoted by boxing promoter Hearn, while he also held an exhibition with Floyd Mayweather.
Hearn has worked with Paul's brother Jake to promote the historic female clash between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano, which has since seen the pair feud over subjects including his boxing career. And Hearn has admitted he has the utmost respect for his new rival who is set to face Anderson Silva in his next ring outing.
"I know these guys and they are unbelievably bright," Hearn said during an appearance on the Residency Podcast when discussing the YouTube boxing siblings. "I mean Logan is much brighter than Jake in my opinion but Jake is smart. We have our ups and downs and I respect Jake. I actually respect him in a boxing sense as well. But we fell out because I told him he was average.
"He's just got people around him now that are blowing so much smoke and we had a conversation where he thought I could beat Canelo Alvarez. But going back to it the passion and the eyeballs that he brings and the controversy he bring we have seen that with Jake. Those guys are geniuses at what they do and I remember when we streamed KSI v Logan Paul and there was millions of people watching.
"You have got to know how to use it and how to bring your fanbase over to the sport. Jake is quirky, he is out there and I always say what I feel. We are not friends but he is a strange guy sometimes but at the same time I respect what he does. He is fighting, training and sparring and putting it in. He is not doing anything wrong."

Hearn's relationship with Jake has taken a hit since he branded the YouTube star "average" during their comical sit down face-off during fight-week of their big Madison Square Garden event. It has even been proposed that Hearn laces up his gloves and steps in the ring with the content creator himself, but he has stated that it would take a sizeable fee.
Meanwhile Paul himself has recently signed a contract with the WWE on the back of his success in the boxing ring and will already fight for title in February when he takes on Roman Reigns in Saudi Arabia. Hearn has been vocal about the success of his career in the WWE and hailed his performance during victory over The Miz in his last fight.
