An EasyJet flight was diverted due to the behaviour of a drunk couple. The flight, that was travelling from Liverpool to Tenerife, was diverted to Portugal.
The rowdy pair smoked cigarettes in the plane toilet and harassed fellow passengers and members of staff whilst clearly inebriated. Hans Mahrla, from Ormskirk, said that the rest of the plane experienced the "flight from hell" due to the "shameful" behaviour of the two passengers.
However, the flight descended into chaos and was forced to divert to Lisbon after the couple sitting a number of rows behind started acting rowdily after purchasing and drinking a large quantity of alcohol from duty free and allegedly smoking in the toilet, North Wales Live reports.
