Natalie Cassidy has said ‘it is what it is’ as four of her colleagues have been axed from EastEnders.
The 39-year-old actress, who plays Sonia Fowler on the BBC One soap, spoke about the decision made by show producers to give characters the boot in a huge shake-up that has shocked viewers.
Actors who will be leaving Albert Square in the next few months include Ricky Champ (Stuart Highway), Barbara Smith (Dana Monroe), Dayle Hudson (Peter Beale), and Kelsey Calladine-Smith (Jada Lennox).
