EastEnders viewers have a long wait until they find out who dies on Christmas Day, following an explosive flashforward clip.
There's already a load of clues in the clip and in other moments on the BBC soap, so fans are already guessing who the dead body might be.
In the special clip, sharing a glimpse of Christmas Day 2023, six female characters are stood around a dead male body.
Linda Carter, Stacey Slater, Denise Fox, Suki Panesar, Sharon Watts and Kathy Beale are the current suspects, and now fans are suspicious it will be Dean Wicks that dies in the episode.
All six women know former character Dean, who left in 2016 after he was exposed for raping Linda, and fans think there's plenty of hints to Dean's fate.
From injuries and cryptic conversations, to even jewellery, viewers are looking for clues everywhere to find out the identity of the dead character, ahead of the scenes airing. Here's all the possible clues so far...
Linda's injured
In the flashforward scene, some of the characters look as though they have been in a fight or a struggle.
Linda herself has a cut lip as though she has been punched - but has she been attacked?
Kathy's dress is ripped, and Sharon and Stacey have blood on them so something has clearly gone down.
Fans think Dean might attack Linda and maybe some of the others too, leading to his possible demise.
Kathy's comment
Linda confided in Kathy about a recent picture of Dean with his mum Shirley Carter, and told her how it "brought it all back" in reference to the trauma around her rape ordeal.
But Kathy defiantly told her that she and her friends would build a protective wall around her if Dean tried to return to Walford.
This comment had viewers immediately suspecting that Kathy, Stacey, Suki, Sharon and Denise would be that wall, and could end up killing Dean to save Linda.
After all, eagle-eyed fans spotted a literal knight in shining armour in the background of the flashforward.
Denise's necklace
Denise's 'D' necklace in the flashforward could also be another hint at the victim, fans said.
While the necklace is obviously just her initial, and it's something she has worn for a long time, fans couldn't help but consider it as a clue to the victim's identity.
Denise used to be Dean's stepmother as she dated Kevin Wicks, so she knows all about the character.
Dean's return
A return for Dean has not been confirmed by the actor or the show's boss Chris Clenshaw.
But viewers can't help but suspect he will be back, after it was revealed he was back in touch with his mother Shirley and his sister Carly.
Linda spotted him in the reflection of a mirror in a photo of Shirley. Fans are convinced this will lead to Dean heading back to Walford, and possibly being killed off.
