Eamonn Holmes has replied to a fan who accused him of leading a "witch hunt" against Phillip Schofield.

It comes after rumours of a "feud" between Phillip and This Morning co-star Holly Willoughby after reports their relationship has "cooled", reports the Irish Mirror.

Former This Morning host Eamonn, 63, has since branded the pair "actors", saying they should have been recognised at the BAFTA TV Awards over the weekend.
