The Miami Dolphins have been making some coaching changes since their 2023 campaign came to a close.
They parted ways with defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, offensive assistant Ricardo Allen, offensive assistant Mike Judge, assistant special teams coach Brendan Farrell and offensive assistant Kolby Smith while assistant defensive line coach Kenny Baker left for a promotion at Texas.
Now, they may be on the cusp of losing another.
According to NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe, the Philadelphia Eagles have put in a request to interview Dolphins safeties coach Joe Kasper for the same role.
Kasper joined Miami’s coaching staff in 2023 after spending the prior to seasons with the Eagles as defensive quality control coach. If he were to make this lateral move, which the Dolphins would have to approve, he’d be reuniting with Fangio in Philadelphia.
