EAAA India Alternatives to float Rs 1,200-cr IPO on Oct 26

IPO Edelweiss Financial Services Securities and Exchange Board of India

EAAA India Alternatives Ltd, an arm of Edelweiss Financial Services, will open its Rs 1,200-crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on October 26.

The issue will close on October 28, while anchor investor bidding is scheduled for October 23, according to the company's Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).
