A cyclist on an e-bike was left with head injuries after an attempted robbery in south east London.
The 43-year-old man was ambushed by three males on bicycles who launched an unprovoked attack.
They then stole his electric bike in the attack about 7pm on October 24 in Southwark Park, Rotherhithe.
The victim gave chase with the help of a member of public and they were able to recover his property.
Metropolitan Police officers who attended the scene said the suspects fled in the direction of Southwark Park Road.
The victim sustained head and facial injuries.
The suspects, who had their faces covered, are believed to be in their late teens and wore black clothing. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
