DWP: When the second cost of living payment will be paid into bank accounts

DWP Universal Credit

The first half of a £650 cost of living payment will be paid to those receiving benefits including Universal Credit by the end of July.

The first payments of £326 will be made between Thursday July 14 and Sunday July 31, for those receiving benefits like Universal Credit, income-based JSA, income-related ESA, Income Support and Pension Credit.

To qualify for the July payment, people must have been claiming qualifying benefits between April 26 and May 25. The payments are made to individuals, or households, depending on cirumstances.
