Benefit claimants are expected to start receiving a bonus payment paid by the A Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to millions of Universal Credit and other benefit claimants.
Claimants are being urged to check their accounts as those in line for a Christmas bonus should start to receive payments from the first week in December, the Government has said.
The one off payment is tax free, and those who are eligible should receive it automatically so there is no application process.
