DWP £301 cost of living payment may not have been received - what to do

Many people will have received the first £301 cost of living payment on Monday (April 25). The spring payment forms part of a £900 support package that was announced by the chancellor Jeremy Hunt during his Autumn Statement last November.

The DWP support payments are being made for the second year in a row - but some people may not have received the latest cash instalment just yet, reports Chronicle Live. But you shouldn't worry.

The final deadline for most of the benefits to be paid isn't until Wednesday, May 17. If you receive benefit payment from Tax Credits and no other low-income benefits, then you will be paid between May 2 and May 9, 2023.
