Dwight McNeil sends Ellis Simms message to Everton forwards
Dwight McNeil has praised Ellis Simms for his centre-forward play and believes his Everton side are giving everything to preserve the club's Premier League status.

Taking a short pass from Abdoulaye Doucoure, Simms then brushed off Kalidou Koulibaly before cutting inside and finishing past Kepa Arrizabalaga. And McNeil believes it was the sort of play his team-mates want to see from their forward.

But when reflecting on his time out of the side, Keane revealed that when he went and asked Lampard what he needed to do to get back into contention, he was told 'nothing really' with the former Chelsea and Manchester City midfielder pointing to the defender’s age as the reason why.
