Aron Lynas ended a four year goal drought with a stunning strike against Elgin City - and says he now hopes to find the net more often.

The defender has been an ever-present for Stevie Farrell’s side this season, with his tough tackling already making him a firm favourite with the Sons’ support.

But the former Albion Rovers skipper showed the other side to his game with a blistering strike in Saturday’s 4-0 victory in Moray - his first since netting his only other senior goal in 225 career games for Brechin City against Forfar Athletic in 2018.
