Duke of Sussex and Sun publisher ‘very close’ in negotiations, High Court told

The Duke of Sussex and the publisher of The Sun “are very close” in negotiations and may ask the Court of Appeal for further time to continue them after a judge refused a bid to delay the start of the trial of Harry’s claim for a third time.

Harry, and former Labour deputy leader Lord Tom Watson, are suing News Group Newspapers (NGN) over allegations of unlawful information-gathering.
