Remember to grab a raincoat because wet and windy conditions are set to lash Ireland.
A weather expert said there is still "lots of uncertainty on the storm on Thursday" but Met Eireann's forecast said heavy rain and powerful winds will hit Dublin towards the end of the week. Weather Alerts Ireland said: "Some of the evening models show the storm just pushing past the West coast and some of the models has it impacting Ireland."
The national forecaster has also warned that "very unsettled" weather will lash Ireland as the weekend is set to be cold and windy. Today will start off breezy with long, dry, and bright spells along with occasional showers and temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees.

Tonight will be mostly dry and chilly with the lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees. However, it will turn milder later as outbreaks of rain and drizzle will move in.
Tomorrow will be a windy day with patchy rain or drizzle along with decent dry periods and daytime temperatures of 10 or 12 degrees. Heavier and more persistent rain will move in towards the evening but clear spells and a few showers will follow from the west later.

Thursday night
A Met Eireann forecaster said: "Becoming mostly dry on Thursday night with clear spells. A rather chilly night with lowest temperatures of 3 to 6 degrees in moderate southwest winds.
Friday
"A good deal of dry weather across the country on Friday with just a few showers, mainly in the south and west. However, towards evening, outbreaks of rain will develop in the south and west and it will become windy. Outbreaks of rain will then extend nationwide on Friday evening.
"Maximum temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees in freshening southerly winds. On Friday night, a spell of rain will push northeastwards over the country, clearing to scattered showers later. Becoming colder with lowest temperatures of 1 to 4 degrees in fresh to strong southerly winds.
Saturday
"Fresh and blustery on Saturday with sunny spells and scattered rain or hail showers along with the chance of sleet on high ground. Highest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees in strong and gusty southerly winds. Windy on Saturday night with widespread showers, some of hail. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees in fresh to strong southwest winds.
Sunday
"Very windy on Sunday with sunshine and blustery showers, some with hail and thunder. Highest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees in strong and gusty southwest to west winds. High seas along the Atlantic seaboard with gales. Staying windy overnight with clear spells and widespread blustery showers of rain or hail. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 6 degrees."
