We found a number of amazing apartments that are on the market for under €350,000. These homes are on sale under private treaty so offers can be withdrawn without penalty until contracts are signed.

We had a look at Auctioneera.ie and found some lovely one and two-bedroom properties for sale. Please note that the prices listed are guide prices.
