AHMEDABAD: Any captain worth his hard-earned salt would give an arm to have a player like Ravindra Jadeja in the team. The man from Jamnagar makes for a compulsive viewing - whether he's batting, bowling, or fielding. The ultra-competitive 34-year-old, can however, over do things when it comes to pleading with his captain to go for a DRS.
In the third Test at Indore, though Jadeja picked four wickets in the Australian first innings, he did pressurise Rohit Sharma to use all three reviews off his bowling with none bringing the desired result. Ahead of fourth and final Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Rohit was asked about how he would go about reining in his spinners, especially Jadeja, when it came to tricky DRS calls.
