A pickup truck driver who hit and killed a jogger last year is now suing the victim’s estate, according to a new report.

Anthony Miller was fatally struck in August 2025 while on an early morning jog with his wife, Bailey Miller, in Lincoln, Nebraska, the Omaha World-Herald reports.
