Driver drunk when partner killed in crash, court told

A man accused of killing his girlfriend in a car crash on a notorious rural road was at least three times over the legal alcohol limit, a court has been told.

Rolong Stanley, a 30-year-old man from Vanuatu, faces a string of serious charges over the crash that killed his partner Justine Hammond on the evening of February 9.
