Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green and Memphis Grizzlies guard Desmond Bane received technical fouls in the second quarter of Wednesday night’s game following a sideline argument that became a scuffle.
It began when Santi Aldama and Green exchanged shoves on the court, resulting in Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins speaking with the referee on the sideline. Bane didn’t seem to like how close Green was to Jenkins and the referee, so as Bane tried to move Green, more pushing followed.
The benches cleared as more players and coaches got involved, trying to separate Green and Bane from each other.
In that process, Green was pushed into Jenkins, resulting in the coach falling to the ground. This only made the Grizzlies players more heated during the situation, even though the push seemed accidental in the video clip as chaos was ensuing.

Fortunately, the two players appeared to sort things out, exchanging a quick fist bump after things had cooled off.
Green served a 16-game suspension earlier in the season after striking Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic in the face. If Green or Bane were to receive any discipline from the NBA for this scuffle, fans would find out later in the week.
